Instructions on product returns and exchanges
Before sending any product for return or exchange, you must contact us by email or WhatsApp, informing the request:

We will need the following information:
- Full name and CPF
- Code or name of the product you would like to exchange or return
- Reason for exchange/return
Term :
You have up to seven calendar days, from the date of receipt of the product, to request a return through our service channels. We will analyze and get back to you before the product is even sent back to us.
Product condition :
We take the quality of our items seriously, so in order to process a return, it is necessary to prove damage to the product, such as: tears, loose threads and defective stitching.
Returns will only be accepted if these requirements are met: no signs of use, packaging and labels must be intact; free from scratches, pulled threads, dirt or any form of damage caused by the customer, the garment must also not have odors that are not original to the product, such as perfume or sweat.
Defective products:
In the case of defective products, the exchange or refund of the amount paid will be carried out after a technical analysis carried out by our team. To start the process of exchanging a defective product, you must send photos of the defect by email or WhatsApp. Once analyzed, we will send you a reverse code so that we can send the product. After receiving the part, we will proceed with a detailed analysis of the defect and take one of the following measures: repair the product, send a new part or refund.
If there is any indication of improper use of the product or if the merchandise is damaged by the customer, it will not be possible to accept the exchange request. In this case, the product will be returned to the delivery address registered on the website, with the shipping costs to be borne by the customer. There will be no refund of amounts and the exchange or return process will be canceled.
Who will be responsible for return shipping?
We at Ateliê Tricot are responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if we identify damage caused by the customer to the product, we will send it back to your home, but in this case, the shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
Order cancellation:
Order cancellations will be accepted and we will refund full amounts paid only if the products have not yet been dispatched.
